Sudden Change
The bell rings,
I stood in crippling fear.
And so the smell of raw flesh
is beckoning near.
I walked into the dark room,
with tools laying around.
And so I waited for the call,
not making a sound.
The smell is horrid.
The sight is disturbing.
Something churned in my stomach,
and so in my head.
I patiently waited
for the time to come.
I know my other side
has taken over.
I grabbed the knife.
The wait is over.
I approached the fetal body,
and cut it with glee.
